Service account ownership is a recurring audit finding. Teams track it in spreadsheets that go stale. Existing tools are either too heavy or too narrow. The IT Lead turns the spreadsheet into a structured, reviewable record.
Import service accounts from CSV, assign nominated owners, send secure attestation requests by email, and collect owner confirmations. Reviewers accept, request clarification, or open investigation. Every step is auditable.
It is not an IAM, PAM, or directory administration platform. It does not disable accounts, rotate passwords, store credentials, or perform SCIM writes. It does not issue compliance certifications or claim technical verification from a CSV import.
A CSV row is imported data. A human attestation is a person's confirmation. An API check is a technical verification. We never show green "all secure" just because someone clicked confirm. Unverified stays neutral or amber.
